An injured of the attack succumbed to his injuries at Lady Reading Hospital increasing the death toll to six.
A three-member investigation committee has been constituted headed by SSP Sajid Mohmand. The committee has recorded statements of the injured persons and eyewitnesses. The body limbs of suicide attacker have been sent for DNA test.
After the incident more than 60 prisoners have been transferred from Khyber Political Agent’s office to Central Jail Peshawar.
