Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan on Saturday said he would bowl out PML-N president Nawaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari with a single ball.
Addressing a gathering in Toba Tak Singh Imran Khan said all corrupt politicians would fight the elections together because they had common interests.
He said he had come to the city to start a mass contact campaign.
The PTI chief said the rulers were getting richer while the public was becoming poorer.
Criticising the performance of PPP and PML-N, Imran said Bilawal House in Lahore was built with public money.
He further accused the Punjab government of using the entire province’s budget on a single project, referring to the metro service.
Lamenting the deteriorating economic condition of the common man, Imran said a labourer in Punjab’s sugar mills was getting Rs 6,000 while the farmers were not getting their payments.
He said the people of Pakistan should decide against voting for parties whose leaders had money stashed in banks abroad.
Telling the rally participants to prepare for the upcoming election, the PTI chief said “he knows well how to play this important match”.
He questioned what did Pakistan achieve by getting killed 50,000 civilians and 5,000 army men in the war against terrorism.
