The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Rabita Committee called an important meeting on Sunday to discuss different issues including the current situation of unrest in the metropolis.
According to media reports, the MQM leadership was also expected to give thought to the issue of parting ways with the current government.
According to sources, the MQM’s Rabita Committee would put forward its options in connection with the government’s measures to cope with the issues of increasing unrest, extortion mafia activities and assassination of traders in the city.
The Rabita Committee would also have a debate during the meeting to mull over the option of quitting the coalition government in Sind.
