Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that Metro Bus Service is a valuable asset of masses and the citizens should prove themselves to be civilised by keeping it clean.
In a statement here on Friday, Shahbaz Sharif stated that Metro Bus Service was a unique project in history of Pakistan which has been appreciated at international level also.
He asked the people to consider the buses as their own property and it was the duty of commuters to protect and maintain their new condition.
The CM said that the provincial government had introduced new transport culture but civilised attitude was also needed for its success.
Shahbaz said that fares of metro buses would be kept lower than the other public transport services so the masses could get better service besides saving money.
He also warned the elements who would try to harm the public property that strict action would be taken against them.
