  1. Malik Riaz deserves appreciation for this grand project. He is doing great service to Pakistan irrespective of some controverseries. We should be thankful to him for doinfg this great job for Pakistan. Forget about it what is he? who is he? See his work. God bless him with mores success in future Well done Malik Sahib.
Lastly it has nothing to do with elections. He deserves Hila-e-Imtiaz

  2. It is a sign of weakness of character to show doubt and suspicion on actions without having any evidence that these individuals will eat up the money. Not until they actually eat up the money should we point fingers.

  3. This is actually the best thing that is going to happen with pakistan (IN MY OPINION).
Not only will this make karachi the city of lights but also boost up the nation's economy by tourism . 🙂

  4. Yes we will all enjoy this tallest building in the city where mafias are all over ruling it and destroying the peace of this city.
Those who are designing suhc games have other motives?
what this country having war for last 12 years would get benefit form this building.?
This surely is known to malik riaz, Zardari and this dubai based group

  5. He and his boss zardari are the blood sucker of the poor shelter-less Pakistani.the sheikh of Abu Dhabi is another addition .

  6. People are getting jealous and nothing else and try to undermine Malik Riaz's efforts but he did it in the past and he will do it again and morons will only cry.

  7. wasting money over dat building… they should spend on important things that require more attention…
and its still a news… whose sure they are really gonnna build it… well thats my opinion…

  8. Another Pre poll Joke of PPP. They did nothing in last 4 years. Now trying to fool Pakistani public. It would be a good service if they pay off Pakistan debt which is more that $45b. Zardari & Co is now looking for big money.

    • At least they are investing in Pakistan. Agreed that they will take back 100 billion from profits in future but currently whatever dollars are coming in Pakistan we should welcome it. At least it will give some jobs. 2.5 million as they say and boost our industrial production.

  9. shahzaib people like u can just talk like this because some people are just used to of discussing pakistan in a bad way

  10. bakwas he sub…………. i hv heard the news one year back that he wil construct 7* hotel with the collaboration with Sheraton hotel ……. yet now it has not completed.

    • That 72 or 76 storey building is already under construction beside Abdullah Shah Ghazi shrine and have piled up 6-8 floors already. This one is in the sea and would probably have a bridge connecting it with city so security will be pretty easy and will be safer from mafia.

  11. Perhaps a game before election….but if it will complete pak will be the most economically strong and by tourism point of view…khi and pakistan will again overcome india…but abi tak dil nahi maan raha k malik riaz yeh step le ga aur wo b karachi main……

  12. Whatever is going to happen. at least some foreign investment in dollars will come to the country and save PKR to lose its value. At least we cant say anything to that Abu Dhabi group after all it has done for Pakistan in the past. No comments on Malik Riaz but H.E Sheikh Nahyan is a real well wisher for Pakistan.

  13. A very good news people!

it will provide jobs, stabilize some of thr industries like cement, steel, glass etc.

seconly it will surely give a boost to thr economy with all the tourists from all around the world n we should not forget that one can tell the “halat” of a country just by noticing how crowded its airports are.

And those whi think that this project will fail or this goal cant be achieved, help him whose atleast trying or if u cant help then atleast dont discourage them n keep ur foul mouths shut! … May Allah help us. ameen

  14. Whatever he is, but it is sure that he is going to fill in some big vacuum in Pakistan's evil politics. He might be next president of Pakistan or get some space in interim government.

  15. it is creating jobs for people, the cities are getting more money and also i recon that the bombing will stop as well once the building is being built.
