Chief Minister of Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that the conspiracy hatched to delay general elections has been revealed.
Talking to journalists after a meeting with members of the provincial cabinet here on Thursday, Shahbaz Sharif said that President Asif Ali Zardari is backing Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri.
In reply to a question, Mian Shahbaz Sharif said that, whatever the Swiss Government says, they would bring back the looted money to the national exchequer.
Before this, in the meeting held with the Chief Minister in chair, the law and order situation in the province and arrangements with reference to the Metro Bus Service were analysed. It was decided that, annulling the free ride of the bus, the fare per head of the bus service be fixed at Rs 10, owing to the rush of commuters.
CM Punjab has also appealed to the masses to protect the Metro Buses and not to spoil the public transport vehicles.
