The Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) on Thursday foiled a bid to smuggle 100 capsules of heroin from Benazir Bhutto Shaheed International Airport.
According to the ANF officials pure heroin stuffed in 100 capsules had been swallowed by a Nigerian passenger who was all set to travel abroad. The ANF officials, on suspicion, interrogated the smuggler, who later confessed to be a smuggler. ANF said that on information, the passenger was immediately admitted to a hospital to extract the capsules.
