Dense fog on Monday claimed six lives in Punjab and injured 28 motorists across the country.
As Per details, five vehicles were caught in a pile up resulting in four deaths and fifteen injured at Sheikhupura, about 35 km northwest of Lahore.
Similarly, a head-on collision between a bus and a truck on Multan Road near Sahiwal claimed two lives and left 13 injured. The injured were rushed to a Sahiwal district hospital. Meanwhile, authorities closed the Motorway from the Kala Shah Kaku Interchange to Thokar Niaz Beg due to the dense fog and low visibility on Monday morning.
Fog also engulfed parts of Sindh where 12 citizens were injured in a road accident on the National Highway near Nawabshah.
