At least four people including father, son and two brothers were killed in two different incidents of firing in troubled city of Karachi, police said on Sunday morning.
The police said that the first incident took place in Garden area where unidentified armed shot dead two brothers.
They added that both the brothers, resident of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa, were watchman in two different buildings near Show Market.
In another incident, father and his son were gunned down in Raees Amroi society of Orangi Town.
The police said that both were the member of a political party.
A tortured dead body of an unidentified man was found from Manghopir area.
Earlier, two persons were killed in firing incidents that occurred within ten minutes last night in the metropolis’ area of Garden.
According to police sources, some armed men overnight resorted to gunfire, killing a man in Garden’s Shoe Market area. Ten minutes after the incident, another man was shot dead in the same area of Shoe Market.
Police arrived on the spot and shifted the two bodies to Civil Hospital for post mortem.
