An accountability court on Saturday granted bail to real estate tycoon Malik Riaz Hussain and his son Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik, chief executive officer of Bahria Town, in a land scam case.
The court also accepted NAB’s request of withdrawing references against both accused. During the proceedings, NAB representative apprised the court that no evidence was found against Malik Riaz and his son.
