Police investigating Shahzeb Khan murder case have obtained evidence from a private educational institute that proves that the main accuse Shahrukh Jatoi is an adult, a private TV channel reported.
The evidence was produced under the orders from Supreme Court (SC).
The sources said that Shahrukh Jaoti was admitted to Aitchison Center when he was 4 years of age. The institute was directed to handover all the records of Shahrukh Jatoi to police.
The family members of Shahrukh Jatoi failed to present birth certificate of the accused, saying that he was not born in the hospital but under the care of midwife in a village.
