Forensics to stamp Kamran Faisal’s death as suicide

Forensic experts have prepared a report after taking samples from the body of Kamran Faisal – a National Accountability Bureau (NAB) officer investigating corruption in rental power projects in which Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf is the main accused.

Per details, forensic experts have cleared the body samples of Faisal. The experts did not find any residue of poison in the samples, adding that they did not find any finger prints from the crime scene, however, investigations into his death have not been called off yet.

The report was prepared by a four-member team of a forensic laboratory in Lahore. Sources said that the report will be handed over to the SP Islamabad City Police in two to days.
