Tehrik-e-Minhajul Quran (TMQ) Chief Dr Tahirul Qadri on Monday announced to lead mass rallies from February 15 to secure electoral reforms in Pakistan.
The moderate religious scholar, who gathered hundreds of thousands of his supporter last month in Islamabad, said that the “Inqalab Marches” would be organized in Rawalpinid, Faisalabad, Multan, Sukkur, Peshawar and Gujranwala. He said that “this would be the second phase of our revolution. Our movement is meant for the rights of 18 million oppressed people. Our struggle created awareness among masses and this is why the government assured implementation of Article 62 and 63 of the Constitution in general elections.”
