Sindh Adabi Sangeet will start a language campaign from today (Friday).
Sindh Adabi Sangeet’s Central President Mushtque Pal said here on Thursday that the campaign was being arranged to raise awareness about language among the people.
Various programmes have been designed for the campaign at the head quarters of the Sindh Adabi Sangeet.
He appealed to people of different walks of life to participate in the campaign.
KU announces result: The University of Karachi on Thursday announced the result of an MA Final (External) Annual Examination 2011.
According to statistics, 3,331 candidates appeared in the examination and the pass percentage was 14.98.
Hafiza Mariam with 616 marks out of a maximum of 1,000 was declared first.
The second position went to Syed Hasan Faraz Rizvi with 605 marks while Sadaf Muhammad Yousuf with 602 marks remained third.
A University announcement said that marks certificates are being issued.
