The Lahore Registry of the Supreme Court (SC) on Friday ordered to release Efroz Pharma Director Nadir Feroz in Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC) medicine reaction case, a private TV channel reported.
Feroz was ordered to appear before Sessions Court on Saturday and the Supreme Court on Monday.
Over 150 patients were dead after taking medicine produced by Efroz Pharma.
The medicine was rejected by an independent lab over massive proportions of an anti-malarial component.
