PTI elects tailor as Kohat president

Following an intra-party poll in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Kohat chapter on Wednesday elected a tailor as its district president.
“A new era of change has dawned, as I have been elected for the district’s highest office despite the fact that I earn around a hundred rupees a day,” said Humayon Khan.
Congratulating Humayon on his victory, PTI Chairman Imran Khan, President Makhdoom Javed Hashmi and Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi said Hamayon was not alone as many peasants and daily wagers had been elected as a result of the intra-party polls.

  The responsibility of educating him rested with the State of Pakistan. Cant you see he is a tailor? Now he has been elected as president he will certainly raise awareness at least in his area about the education needs.

      He is elected on a Party Post by PTI. He is not a member of National Assembly yet. His experience and qualification will be useful in small business legislature that will pass by assembly in the future. He will be able to inform Policy makers about difficulties of running small business in Pakistan. He is not being elected as Prime Minister or President yet.

Just one question from PTI. What will this tailor do for the country?? what kind of policy he will make from the country?? He will be good human and good person but Pakistan need policy makers not Tailors,,,
can he sit with foreigners and have one to one discussion??? Answer is No and he even cannot with locals for making any policy,,

  Chill out yaar … this gentleman got elected as the president of district of a politcal party. He will represent his area of influence only unless he has more to offer in his personality to go for general elections. And being a Tailor doesn't mean he is uneducated! and any way formal education is not the only form of education!
  
  This is an attempt at grass root democracy, if it succeeds, a fair representation of peoples problems would be pointed out and addressed before it gets to late.

  And what policies had been tailored by the most educated lot of Pakistan in 65 years. Even Jamshed Dasti is better than so called educated rulling elite atleast, he raise voice of common people which are arround 98%.

Democracy has to start by someone. If this person runs his district in democratic way than there is no need for looking down on this person. We as Muslim are thought to look for best candidate amongs us to represent us. To be the best of us means to be a person with integrity. This person might be a tailor or a barber but he is elected because he was the best among us. PTI district election is won by him than he should be appointed to the Party post.
