Islamabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sargodha, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Kohat and Hafizabad notched up victories on the second day of the national deaf cricket championship against their respective rivals here on Tuesday at different ground.
All the teams had easy sailing to the next round as no upset was recorded. Following are the results of the match, Islamabad v/s Sheikhupura at Township Green . Islamabad scored 239/10 in 40 overs. Mujahid made 60 runs. Sheikhupura were all out at low 32. Adnan Ghani took 4 wickets and Islamabad won the match by 237 runs.
Gujranwala v/s D.I. Khan at Race Course Ground (PHA) I. Gujranwala won the toss and scored 154 in 40 overs.Sarmad scored 46 runs and D.i.Khan were bowled out at 109 all out. Gujranwala won the march by 45 runs.
Gujarat v/s Chakwal at Race Course Ground (PHA) II. Gujarat won the toss and made 264 all out. Chakwal dismissed at 168.Haroon scored 78. Gujarat won the match by 96 runs. Sawt v/s Sargodha at Model Town Cricket Club. Sargodha won the toss and piled up 264/5. Sawat were all out at 75 runs.Sargodha won the match by 89 runs
Sialkot v/s Jhelum at Modal Town Green Cricket Club. Sialkot reached 257/8. Jhelum were all out at 233 in 38.5 over.Sialkot won the match by 24 runs
Peshawar v/s Faisalabad at Albilal Cricket Ground Township. Peshawar were all out at 110. Faisalabad scored 111 runs in 24.5 and won the match by 6 wickets.
Rawalpindi v/s Kohat at Shah Fisal Cricket Model Town. Rawalpindi won the toss and scored 128 in 30.5 overs . Kohat chased the target in 30.2 overs and scored 131/36 to win the match by so Kohat won by 4 wickets.
Narowal v/s Hafizabad at Town Ship White Race Course Ground 2. Hafizabad won the toss and scored 153 in 39.2 overs. Narowal scored unbeaten polished 152 runs. Hafizabad won the match by 4 wickets.
