Hundreds of teachers recruited under the Aghaz-e-Haqooq-e-Balochistan Package (AHBP) on Tuesday staged a demonstration and demanded regularisation of their service. Holding banners and placards outside the
Quetta Press Club, the teachers demanded of the chief executive and Balochistan Governor Nawab Zulfiqar Ali Magsi to regularise the service of 5,000 teachers who were recruited under the AHBP. The teachers also set up a protest camp outside the club. Meanwhile, official sources said that a summary was being moved for the regularisation of service of all teachers recruited under the package.
