At least 30 employees of USJ arrested

At least 30 employees of University of Sindh Jamshoro (USJ) were arrested after a clash with the police under Anti-Terrorism Act, a private TV channel reported.
According to the police, at least six cops including a superintendent were injured in the violent clashes.
The employees were protesting peacefully for their demands for the last 44 days.

Universities in Pakistan are not generating new knowledge, their function at best is printing degrees which are awarded to those who enroll for two or four years depending on the course in which the degree is sought. Democracy is taking its revenge and shall continue to do so until every thing in this country comes to a stand still.
