Minister for Information and Broadcasting Qamar Zaman Kaira has urged Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) to pursue the course of dialogue instead of staging sit in in-front of the parliament house.

Talking to the media on Tuesday‚ he said the government will honor the agreement signed with Tahirul Qadri.

About the creation of new provinces in Punjab‚ Qamar Zaman Kaira said that over 2000 recommendations have been received on the matter which will be presented before the National and Punjab Assembly after finalization.

Reproaching the remarks made by the opposition leader against Senator Farhatullah Babar‚ Qamar Zaman Kaira said Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan should remain careful in selection of his words.

He stated that Farhatullah Babar is a respectable person; hence, condemned the use of cheap words for him. He also said that it is beyond understanding as to what Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) wants.

Kaira said the government has nothing to do with delimitation in Karachi, as the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) was in place to take the responsibility.

Kaira said he deplores those who called Bahawalpur Junoobi Punjab as BJP; as it will be called Bahawalpur South Punjab.”

Urging the N-League to use the forum of the Parliament, he said Election Commission cannot prevent the assemblies from functioning until they are dissolved.
