The Anti Corruption Department of Umerkot arrested former Taluka Naib Nazim Arbab Ali Samejo on charges of corruption on Monday. Anti Corruption Circle Officer Ahmed Nawaz Rind said that Arbab Ali was involved in illegal allotments of property belonging to Town Municipal Administration (TMA) to his relatives in 2005. He said the case was proved against Arbab and an FIR was lodged against him in this regard.
