Jamaat-e-Islami has announced participation in Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) sit-in in Islamabad, according to a private TV channel.
The decision was made after a telephonic conversation between JI’s Liaqat Baloch and PML-N’s Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan.
Earlier, PML-N had announced to stage a sit-in in front of Parliament House for a more independent Election Commission (EC).
The two leaders also discussed issues related with caretaker setup, and ongoing voters’ list verification in Karachi.
