Pakistani opener Taufeeq Umar has reportedly been injured during a practice session against South Africa on Saturday.
Sources said the player suffered a calf injury as the ball hit him during a warm-up match before the practice session.
Taufeeq Umar could not play Friday’s Invitation XI match due to the injury. His inclusion in Test matches is also doubtful owing to the injury, sources said that a final decision about him would be made within two days.
