Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that Allah sent Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) as a blessing for the entire universe.
In his message, on the occasion of Eid Miladun Nabi, Sharif said the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) were a source of light and guidance for the whole mankind.
He said Holy Prophet (PBUH) gave a just system to the humanity, adding that one could only achieve success in this world and the hereafter by following the golden principles of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
He said that Muslims could regain its lost glory by following the golden principles of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and play a leading role in the comity of nations. He said 12 Rabi-ul-Awal is a day to rededicate ourselves to the golden principles of Quran and Sunnah.
He said that all problems and difficulties, being faced by Islamic world, were due to distance from religion and faith. He said Islam gives us the eternal message of peace, tranquility. He said the unconditional amnesty Holy Prophet (PBUH) extended to his enemies was unprecedented in the history of the world. He said Muslims needed to revive brotherhood, affection and unity.
