Wapda Hospital established for thousands of IESCO employees is facing paucity of funds which has held back provision of medical facilities to the patients. Doctors employed in the hospital are of the view that there are no finances available to provide medicines and facility of medical tests to the 14,000 employees, their families and the retired servants. The affectees have demanded of IESCO chief executive and Water and Power secretary to immediately attend to their grievances.
