According to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Pakistan Peoples Party Senator Jehangir Badar and Interior Minister Rehman Malik helped Former chairman Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) Tauqeer Sadiq flee from the country after being accused of fraud. The supreme court has given NAB a week to produce references against anyone who helped Sadiq escape the country or helped in his appointment.
The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday expressed outrage over the non-arrest of former Oil and Gas regulatory Authority (OGRA) chief Tauqir Sadiq, a private TV channel reported.
A two-member bench comprising Justice Jawwad S Khawaja and Justice Khilji Arif heard the OGRA implementation case.
NAB prosecutor told the court that police had held Tauqeer Sadiq in UAE but released him later. The UAE authorities told that neither he was wanted there nor the required documents were complete.
Justice Jawwad remarked that NAB is not innocent to this extent. The team left for UAE without the arrest warrant and that is the reason that the UAE authorities said that they have to abide by the law.
Justice Khilji Arif said that it is NAB motto to let go of big corrupt fish and only catches the weak and accused in trivial cases.

Honorable judges of the Supreme Court, your efforts in apprehending OGRA chief Tauqir Sadiq are unprecedented, however, the Criminals have always been more powerful than the Law. So what cannot be cured must be endured.
Both should be arrested and indicted and then punished in an exemplary manner.Only then such abbetors in criminal activities will be discouraged.
If both Rehman Malik (playing havoc with this country) and Jehangir Badar can help Tauqir Sadiq escape from justice imagine what they can do for themselves.

As long as Indian spy and corruption genius Fasih Bukhari is head of the NAB we will see many more escapes and death of the honest employees. Malik, Badar and Bukhari or Zardari what is difference? Bokhari let all the culprits in Navy scandal go scots free.
It's really not the time to laugh people, get these people in the places they belong (jails). No one should be offered exile, they should be treated as regular citizens. People please don't sit during these time-changing times, come out on the streets to get justice and complete accountability on what this government has done to our country. ITS THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE A COUNTRY OR BREAK IT.
