Innocent citizens are being massacred in Karachi daily and the government has completely failed to rid the people of the brutal killings, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz President Nawaz Sharif said on Wednesday.
In a statement released on Wednesday, the PML-N chief said those involved in “the mass murder” needed to be unveiled and arrested. He also denounced the killing of the joint secretary of the Sindh chapter of the party, Mian Taimoor and the murder of his father, Mian Arbab.
Nawaz telephoned Taimoor’s uncle, Mian Abrar and expressed grief over the tragic deaths of his close relatives. Nawaz said Taimoor was a simple and a modest leader and was an asset to the party. Meanwhile, the PML-N president has postponed the meeting of the party’s Sindh chapter that was to be held today (Thursday).
Nawaz demanded the government nab those who killed Taimoor, his father and all innocent citizens of Karachi being killed daily.
