Jatoi’s case to be referred to a juvenile court

Shahrukh Jatoi, key accused in Shahzeb Khan murder case, has been declared a minor being between the age of 17-18 years by a medical report, a television channel reported.His case will therefore be referred to a juvenile or sessions court.
On Monday, Jatoi was presented before the police surgeon’s office in Karachi for age verification through X-ray.
He was shifted to Civil Hospital for the X-ray where tests were conducted under the supervision of Police Surgeon Dr jalil.
As the Shahzeb Khan murder trial proceeds, main suspect Shahrukh Jatoi’s cousin’s Salman Jatoi and Asif Lund have been incriminated in the case who are accused of pushing and daring the Shahrukh and Siraj to go ahead with the murder.
Police also confirmed the use of two guns neither of which has been recovered so far.
Shahzeb was murdered on December 25th and the prime suspect Shahrukh Jatoi fled to Dubai. After being alleged as the murderer, police brought back Jatoi.
After an identification parade, witnesses confirmed him as the killer whereas he maintained it was the media hype influencing their decision.
