A two-year child passed away owing to the dereliction of duty by the doctors in the metropolis’ Children Hospital.
The bereaved family, staging a protest demonstration against the negligence of doctors, demanded justice from the government.
A laborer Nadeem, who lives in Walton Road area alleged that his two-year son Umar was suffering from diarrhea and was being treated at the hospital for two days; however, it is due to the doctors’ lack of attention that his son died.
Meantime, Additional MS Dr. Asif Raza, rejecting the allegations, formed a committee to hold transparent probe into the incident.
