NAB chief stops staff from protesting over official’s death

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Admiral (r) Fasih Bukhari has urged NAB employees to stop their protest and cooperate with the Judicial Commission probing the mysterious death of Kamran Faisal, who was investigating the Rental Power Projects case involving Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf.
Addressing workers of NAB Punjab via video link, Fasih directed them to remain peaceful and assured them that the authorities would take stern action against the perpetrators if investigations revealed that Faisal had been murdered, as being alleged by his family.

“Do not hold protest on January 23 and cooperate with the judicial commission in the investigation,” he called upon his subordinates.
