Leader of the All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) and former president of Pakistan Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf said on Sunday that he will be returning to the country to contest elections from all four provinces.
Speaking with reference to the recent long march by Dr Tahirul Qadri, he maintained that he was in contact with Dr Qadri but had no contact with Pakistan Tehreek-Insaaf (PTI) Imran Khan. He added that Imran Khan should have been a part of the long march.
The former president also said that he was willing to appear before the supreme court with regards to the lal masjid case.
He said that he had been offered several areas in the country from where he would contest the elections including Dera Ghazi Khan and would return to Pakistan soon.
Some positive news at last!
