The Rawalpindi Education Department on Sunday disqualified 12 invigilators from exams duty on the charges of mismanagement and other complaints during the matriculation examination of 2012.
It should be mentioned here that miscellaneous complaints, including mismanagement in exam centres, were reported against some supervisory staff members during matriculation examination last year.
Education Executive District Officer (EDO) had imposed a lifetime ban on 12 invigilators and barred them from performing exam duties after a formal inquiry was conducted and all the allegations against them were proved to be true.
The concerned staff had too been formally informed in this regard.
