Another deer died on Sunday due to decrease in temperature, a private TV channel reported.
Earlier during the month of January, at least 11 precious white deer died when temperatures plummeted in the metropolis.
Director Karachi Zoo Bashir Sadozai confirmed the incident but refused to reveal any further details.
The second oldest zoo of the city, founded 118 years ago, houses around 450 species of birds, 180 mammals and nearly 200 reptiles.
