Police arrests 10 criminals

Police on Thursday claimed to have arrested 10 suspected criminals from various areas of the capital, and confiscated an SUV, a motorcycle, stolen CNG kits, laptop computers and weapons. According to a police spokesman, Bharakau police arrested two persons identified as Naveed Tariq and Turab, and recovered a Toyota Surf vehicle stolen earlier from the same area. Police also arrested a bootlegger identified as Qasim Shehzad, and seized eight bottles of wine. Separately, Kohsar police arrested a thief riding a stolen bike, while a man named Abdul Rehman was arrested for carrying a 30-bore pistol. Sabzi Mandi police arrested a man identified as Khalil Ahmed for carrying a 12-bore shotgun.
