All educational institutions affiliated with the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) will remain closed on Wednesday (today).
FDE Chairman Dr Shahnaz A Riaz told Pakistan Today that all schools and colleges in the capital city will remain closed on Wednesday.
She said the FDE had announced the holiday to avoid any untoward incidents which might arise as a result of Qadri’s long march.
