Reiterating moral support to Dr Qadri’s long march, Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Monday said no hurdles should be created in the way of the march. In a statement issued on Monday, Hussain said the demands put forward by the Tehreek-e-Minhaj-ul-Quran chief Dr Tahirul Qadri were the collective voice of the people of Pakistan. The MQM chief warned that the situation might get complicated if strong-armed tactics were used to create obstacles in the way of the long march. If the situation compounded, the march may grip the entire country in the same manner as the sit-in of the mourners of the Quetta tragedy had done. He said these demands should be accepted immediately and no hurdles should be created in the way of the long march. Altaf said the government should refrain from using delaying tactics like those in accepting the demands of the mourners of the Quetta tragedy. He said it was necessary for the survival of democracy in the country that all legitimate demands of Dr Qadri be accepted without inordinate delays. Altaf said the MQM fully supported the agenda of Dr Qadri and it would continue to extend moral support to Dr Qadri for bringing an end to the obsolete political system in the country.
British national should quit his nationality before he gives any statement about Pakistsn.
