Technical faults in scanning machines on Saturday led to delays in international departures at Allama Iqbal International Airport.
According to details, scanning machines installed at the airport stopped working, resulting in delay of flights to London, Dubai, Oman, Muscat and Abu Dhabi.
The passengers leaving for different countries had to wait for hours to clear their baggage.
Later, the fault in the scanning machines was removed by the technical staff.
