Ekta Kapoor is completely flattered by actor Varun Dhawan who debuted in Karan Johar’s ‘Student Of The Year’ in 2012. Ekta had roped in Varun for her next production venture which is an official remake of Telugu blockbuster. The film will be directed by David Dhawan. Ekta, as per the sources, has been keen on working with father-son duo and has finally got them on board. In fact, she thinks Varun to be young Salman Khan. Amongst the newcomers however, she finds Varun, after Ranbir, to be a promising young star. Interestingly, many filmmakers have been wanting to do Hindi remake of the Telugu flick. But Ekta succeeded in buying the rights for whopping two crores. Ekta has two female leads in her mind for the film, but the names haven’t been finalized yet. The film will go on the floors in a couple of months.
