Security, safety trainings, new trend in Pakistan

At a time when the law and order situation of the country is deteriorating by the day, many companies have begun catering to the safety and security needs of different national and multi-national corporations. One such endeavor has been initiated by an ex-army professional Syed Ali. He has been catering to the safety and security needs of different companies for the last six years, however Ali’s motto is quite different compared to the rest. One of the few companies working to impart all kinds of safety and security trainings, it has a competent workforce with over 20 years experience in threat assessment, trainings and security management. Affiliated with UK based Hawk Eyes Protection, Ali believes that all kinds of institutions, schools, hospitals, industries, tertiary organizations need security and safety trainings to ensure that safeguards have been taken to protect their assets and man power. Before, embarking upon any security trainings, the company first employs training needs assessment to ensure the training needs of the workforce. Different organizations have different vulnerabilities and these need to be addressed accordingly. Trainings therefore need to be prioritized and not be carried out at random. Mohammad Basit, head of Marketing of Proximo trainers believes that in the current environment where workforce of an organization is exposed to a plethora of threats including abduction, robberies, fire hazards, road accidents, hostile environment along with many others. Given the pressing need for organizations to initiate trainings, we therefore provide them with an opportunity to ensure that they are safeguarded against all possible threats.
