A petition seeking registration of a case was filed against renowned singer Humaira Channa .The singers Counsel appeared before District and Sessions Judge Malik Tariq Mehmood Zargham on Monday to seek time for preparation of the case.
The petitioner, Chaudhary Younas claimed that Humaira along with her mother Khairun Nisa bought items of gold jewelry from him but did not pay anything. The petitioner approached the courts after getting no help from the police.
The judge set a date for 9th January for initial arguments from both parties.
He is stupid himself why did he let her leavr his shop with out payment?
