Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan senior vice president and patron-in-chief of Central Jamaat Ahle Sunnat Shah Owais Noorani said on Sunday the ‘Canadian citizen’ was toeing the stance of Mirza Gulam Ahmed Qadiani on the Kashmir issue by describing the struggle of Kashmiri people as ‘unjustified’.
In a statement issued here, Noorani recalled that Allama Syed Abul Hasnaat Qadri, Allama Abdul Hamid Badayuni and Allama Mufti Sahibdad Khan of Ulema-o-Mashaikh Ahle Sunnat had issued an edict with their signature in 1947 declaring the Crusade of Kashmir as justified and since then the people of Kashmir are fighting for independence.
“But now a Canadian so-called Shaikh-ul-Islam is opposing the Kashmir Jihad to appease his masters,” JUP leader said sounding a note of warning that betrayal to Kashmir cause would not be tolerated at any cost. “The Canadian citizens, who is talking of saving the state, must keep in mind that the entire economy of Pakistan depends on Kashmir,” he said, adding nobody would be allowed to revive the stance of Qadianis on Kashmir.
Govt patronising terrorist in city: SUP
Sindh United Party (SUP) Chairman Syed Jalal Mahmood Shah lashed out at government on Sunday saying it was patronising the terrorists in Karachi on one hand and implicating political workers in false cases of terrorism for opposing their wrong policies. Speaking at a meeting of the party leaders and workers at Haider Manzil here, Jalal Shah said 33 leaders and workers of SUP had been implicated in false cases of terrorism in Sakrand alone. “The government is trying to weaken the election campaign launched by SUP in that constituency,” he alleged. He further added the government was terrorising the opponents by conducting raids at their houses violating the sanctity of four walls. “We, however, will not bow down to the threats of government,” he vowed. Jalal Shah said the attitude of present government had become intolerable and warned it not to take benefit of their silence. The SUP chief appealed to the chief justice and chief election commissioner of Pakistan to take notice of the situation.
One must understand concept of Jihad and obligations of Muslims towards Covenants. Kashmiris are oppressed need help and support, but Pakistan-India are signatory to UN charter for peaceful coexistence. There is UN resolution then Simla Accord to settle the issue peacefully bilaterally. [Remeber Hudaibia accord] If we want to support Kashmiris militarily then we should first renounce our international treaties, declare war and support Kahsmirs. Can we do it? A responsible government has to decide not some militant stateless groups in Pakistan, who bear no responsibility of consequences. Jihad is to be declared by legitimate goverament not by individuals.
وَاتَّقُوا فِتْنَةً لَّا تُصِيبَنَّ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مِنكُمْ خَاصَّةً ۖ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّـهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ ﴿٢٥﴾
And guard yourselves against a chastisement which cannot fall exclusively on those of you who are wrong-doers, and know that Allah is severe in punishment.(Quran-8:25)
Surely, those who believed, and emigrated, and strove with their money and their lives in the cause of GOD, as well as those who hosted them and gave them refuge, and supported them, they are allies of one another. As for those who believe, but do not emigrate with you, you do not owe them any support, until they do emigrate. However, if they need your help, as brethren in faith, you shall help them, except against people with whom you have signed a peace treaty. GOD is Seer of everything you do.[Quran 8:72], (But the treaties are) not dissolved with those Pagans with whom ye have entered into alliance and who have not subsequently failed you in aught, nor aided any one against you. So fulfil your engagements with them to the end of their term: for God loveth the righteous.[Quran 9:4],
A jihad to establish a legitimate ba ghairat govt or be satisfied with the US sponsored rulers in Pakistan & most of the Muslim countries !
