Fog shuts Motorway, disrupts flight schedules

The Motorway was closed from Islamabad to Kalar Kahar as thick fog engulfed the federal capital and adjoining areas on Monday.
According to the Motorway police, dense fog is spread over Peshawar, Rashkan, Burhan, Islamabad and adjoining areas.The MP said that the visibility range from Hassan Abdal to
Islamabad was 10 kilometres and from Rawalpindi to Jehlum it ranged between zero to 10 kilometres.
Meanwhile dense fog disturbed the flight schedules at Bacha Khan International Airport on Monday morning. Five arrivals were delayed and no departure was undertaken. Operations resumed at Bacha Khan airport at 12:30 PM
