Bodies of Mastung victims airlifted to Rawalpindi


The bodies of 19 victims of Mastung tragedy were airlifted to Rawalpindi on Monday.
On Sunday, at least 19 people were killed when a suicide bomber driving a vehicle packed with explosives rammed into a bus carrying Shiite Muslim pilgrims from Quetta to Iran near Mastung. 25 persons were also injured in the attack.
The dead bodies of 19 dead and 9 injured were shifted to Rawalpindi on a special plane.
At least 16 dead and 9 injured were shifted to Holy Family Hospital while three dead bodies were shifted to Civil Hospital. The dead bodies of the victims will be handed over to heirs after DNA tests.
