PPP won’t win, no matter what they do: Nawaz

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif on Saturday said the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) would face defeat in the upcoming general elections no matter how hard they tried to alter the outcome.
In a meeting with workers from the PML-N Sindh chapter, Nawaz said, “The PPP is using one card after other to deceive the masses, but this time no one will be fooled by their deviousness.”
Furthermore, he said holding the general elections on time was detrimental for peace and security in the country.
“The current government has lost trust of the public.
The PPP is responsible for massive corruption and damages to the state,” he maintained.
Nawaz claimed that the PML-N was the only party which had the courage to put the country on the path of progress and prosperity. “We do not make just tall claims, we have evidence of welfare projects to support us,” he said.
Moreover, the PML-N chief said the PPP would be made accountable by the masses in the next general elections for all the wrongs the party had committed during its tenure.
“We believe in bringing about the change through public mandate,” he said, adding that the PML-N was destined to win the next elections with a huge margin.
