Azad Jammu and Kashmir President Sardar Yaqoob on Saturday said that Pakistan was willing to enter into a dialogue to settle the Kashmir dispute but India was not willing to negotiate. Talking to reporters, Sardar Yaqoob said that Kashmir issue could only be resolved if the aspirations of Kashmiris were incorporated in the agenda of the talks. Commenting on the law and order situation of Karachi, he said that “a stable Karachi means a stable Pakistan”. He said that Karachi was the financial hub of the country and contributed more than 40 percent into the country’s GDP.
