Three members of a family, a couple and their child, died of suffocation owing to an overnight gas leakage in their room on Saturday near Saryab Road area of Quetta. According to police, Javed Ahmed left the gas heater on before he went to sleep. When the rest of the family tried to wake them up in the morning, all three were found dead in the room. Rescue teams took the bodies to Civil Hospital for medico-legal formalities.
