Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Thursday claimed to make important revelations about murder of PPP chairwoman Benazir Bhutto in the party’s Central Executive Committee (CEC) meeting.
Talking to reporters, Malik challenged banned Tehreek-e-Taliban (TTP) chief Hakeemullah Mehsud to come to the front instead of issuing statements through his spokesman Ahsanullah Ahsan.
Earlier, upon his arrival at Sukkur Airport, the interior minister told reporters that he had asked Afghan President Hamid Karzai to hand over TTP militants Fazlullah and Asmatullah Muawiya.
He said that Muawiya should avoid guiding the Pakistani government through letters.
Malik claimed that all terrorists working on foreign agenda would be soon brought to book.
He said that the PPP leadership knows better about deploying any worker on certain slot and it does not need advice in this regard.
Later, the interior minister also visited the mausoleum of Benazir Bhutto and prayed.
