Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain congratulated Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad on being decorated with the Nishan-i-Imtiaz by the President of Pakistan. In a statement issued on Thursday, the MQM chief said that “the nation feels great pride in its able son who not only achieved a high status in the field of education but also obtained successes in his practical life. Dr Ebad’s tireless services for the country, particularly for the province of Sindh, with honesty and a sense of dedication, are recognized by every true Pakistani”. Altaf also congratulated the family of Dr Ebad and said that the governor’s family had sacrificed a lot for the cause of good governance and a meritorious society. Altaf Hussain also lauded Dr Ebad for securing the honor of the longest serving Governor of Sindh and prayed to Allah Almighty to grant him health and greater successes in the future.
