Qadri seconded PTI’s agenda

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan congratulated Tehreeke Minhajul Quran chief Tahirul Qadri for attracting a massive gathering at Minare Pakistan and said Qadri had endorsed PTI’s stance over numerous issues concerning the people of Pakistan. Talking to media personnel on Sunday, Khan said Qadri had reiterated PTI’s demand that the tax-evading members of Parliament should not be allowed to take part in general elections. “Qadri also said there was a covert understanding between the PPP and PML-N leadership and both parties were pursuing a similar agenda. This has been a long standing stance of the PTI,” remarkerd Khan. Khan said Qadri had ingeminated PTI’s stance that the leadership of these two parties was responsible for a majority of the sufferings Pakistanis were facing at present which was why the masses wanted to abandon them. Holding of general elections on time, said Khan, was the only way to rid the country of this corrupt coterie. He said PTI believed elections were the only means to oust these corrupt politicians.
