Three dead, 10 injured in Karachi violence

At least three people have been gunned down in different areas of the city as violence continues here on Sunday.
According to police, a 25-year-old political activist, identified as Aamir was shot dead by unidentified gunmen near Shoe Market, Garden. Tension prevails in the area after the incident.
A bullet-riddled body of a youth was found near Raxer Bridge. In Ranchhore Line, gunmen killed a head constable, Muhammad Aslam.
In a firing incident at Jehangir Road, two men, Ghulam Mustafa and Shakil were reported injured.
Earlier this morning, at least seven people were injured when a low-intensity blast took place outside Khwaja Ajmer Nagri police station.
Police said two unidentified men riding a motorbike threw a cracker outside Khwaja Ajmer Nagri police station, injuring seven people.
Officials said scores of people were standing in queue for recruitment in police department when miscreant hurled the cracker.
The injured were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed hospital.
